PAYMENTOnline catering ordersPayment for online orders must be made by EFTPOS/debit/credit card. Special event cateringSeafleet Aust Pty Ltd require a 25% deposit for orders under $1000, with the remaining balance paid on delivery or pick-up. All orders over $1000 require a 50% deposit with the remaining balance paid on delivery or pick-up. Deposits are non-refundable, but will be held for a future event in the event of cancellation of an order. Payments can be made with cash or we accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Diners Club. YOUR ORDERSeafleet Aust Pty Ltd has a minimum food order of for online orders of $50.00. All orders are custom-made so providing us with a minimum of 3-5 days notice for a function is advisable. Orders requested for delivery within 2 business days will incur a surcharge, please email mama@mamaduke.com.au for prices. In the event that your function requires last minute catering orders, we will try our best to accommodate your request. Seafleet Aust Pty Ltd will only accept cancellations up to 72 hours prior to the nominated delivery time, cancellations made after this time period will incur a payment of the full order. DELIVERYThere will be no delivery charge for items delivered to Caulfield or Caulfield East. A charge will be applied when items are requested at other locations, please email mama@mamaduke.com.au for prices. CONFIRMATIONAfter placing an order, it will be e-mailed to you for confirmation. RETURN POLICYSeafleet Aust Pty Ltd prides itself on delivery the best produce to your absolute satisfaction. If in the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with an item, please contact Harry on 0410 666 722 to discuss. If Seafleet Aust Pty Ltd believes that poor service or the result of a poor product creates an inconvenience, a reduction in your bill will be calculated accordingly and at the sole and absolute discretion of Seafleet Aust Pty Ltd. We ask that all concerns and returns are to be handled within 24 hours of notification. Please do not hesitate to contact us if anything was not to your satisfaction. When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, delivery address, debit/credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. We only use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide support and upgrades for our products. We use a secure server for collecting and storing this information to protect your privacy. Seafleet Aust Pty Ltd will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
